The Fish Within: Pharyngeal Remodelling in Development and Evolution

The fish Within

The KCL Anatomy Society is pleased to announce the first of our two-part series of events on evolutionary anatomy – The Fish Within: Pharyngeal Remodelling in Development and Evolution, which is being held at 6:00PM at the Gordon Museum on the 2nd February.

This event is a talk given by Anthony Graham, Professor of Developmental Biology at KCL. The lecture will look at the remodelling of the pharyngeal arches as man evolved from fish, focussing particularly on the development of head and neck anatomy.

This talk is completely free for both members and non-members but please book your place through the link below to let us know that you’re coming. Also, look out for our second event on evolutionary anatomy later this month – a workshop with Dr Gillian Sales in the Museum of Life Sciences.
We look forward to seeing you there!
